Near North Health’s patient-centered approach to pharmaceutical care prevents disease and allows us to assess, monitor, and modify medication use to assure that drug therapy regimens are safe and effective. We operate a 340B Drug Pricing Program that allows us to provide our patients with significantly reduced prices for medication.
How to Use Our Pharmacy Services
For Patients Seen at the Komed Holman Health Center
After your clinic visit is complete, you may go directly to the Pharmacy, which is located on the first floor of health center next to the Dental Department.
Option 1 for Patients Seen
at other NNH Health Centers
Pick Up from Komed Holman Pharmacy
Call the pharmacy to confirm that your medication is in stock. If it is not in stock, your medication will be ordered, and is usually available in 24 - 72 hours.
You can pick up the medication at 4259 S. Berkeley - first floor, next to our Dental Department.
Option 2 for Patients Seen
at other NNH Health Centers
Pre-Paid Medication Delivery
Call the pharmacy to confirm the medications your provider ordered. You can pay over the phone by using a credit/debit card. The medication will be delivered to your home or to one of our clinics in 1-3 business days. Please ensure medication can be delivered to a secured location. If no secure location is available, you or a designated adult must be present to receive the delivery. You may also have the medication delivered to the Near North Health location nearest you for pick up.
For Patients Seen at Other Near North Health Centers
Option 3 - Medication Delivery, Cash on Delivery
Call the pharmacy to confirm the medications your provider ordered.
The medication will be delivered to your home in 1-3 business days, at a time arranged when you or a designated adult is available to both accept the medication and pay for the medication. Exact change and full payment is needed, as the delivery service will not have any change available.
Refills
If your prescription has refills, please contact the pharmacy at least 1 week before your medication runs out. This will ensure you have all the medication you need.
