Compliance trainings will occur annually.

All employees will be guided through HIPPA, ADA, Cultural Competence, Fraud, Waste and Abuse, and other modules required of primary care providers and support staff delivering care to Medicaid and Medicare recipients.

Managers and staff should become familiar with the policy and act accordingly.
