What is the schedule of pick-up times?The van picks up patients from the Flannery Senior building on the first Thursday of every month. Every Tuesday, the van delivers patients to Winfield Moody Health Center from 8 am to 3 pm. Transportation is available to Komed Holman Health Center patients every Wednesday from 8 am to 12 pm. At this time, we do not offer van services to patients at our Louise Landau Health Center. How do I schedule a pick-up?To schedule a pick-up time, please call the Internal Medicine Clerk at the NNHSC health center nearest to you. |
