Senior Patients

Our Commitment

Near North Health Service Corporation has been dedicated to providing high quality, accessible health care to the communities on the Near North side of Chicago for 45 years. NNHSC knows how important good health is to the seniors we serve. For this reason we have designed services that keep our senior patients in mind.

We offer our specialized seniors program on the North Side of Chicago at our Winfield Moody Health Center and on the South Side of Chicago at our Cottage View Health Center, however, we

provide high quality health care to seniors at all of our health centers. Our providers are responsive to the unique needs of our geriatric population.

Schedule of Senior Services

Our podiatrist (foot doctor) and ophthalmologist (eye doctor) are available to patients at all our health centers by appointment. Please call or stop by the Internal Medicine Department today to make your appointment.

Other scheduled Senior Services are listed as follows:

Tuesdays

  • Every Tuesday, van transportation is provided to and from Winfield Moody Health Center, 1276 North Clybourn, and the Flannery Senior Building,1531 North Clybourn.

Fridays

  • Primary care service are offered at Flannery Health Center (1531 N. Clybourn) every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Friday of month, from 8am-5pm. .
