For nearly 50 years, Near North Health has been dedicated to providing high quality, accessible health care to seniors. Near North knows how important good health is to the men and women we serve, and for this reason we have designed services that keep our senior patients in mind. Our providers are responsive to the unique needs of our older population.

We offer the Senior Services Program at our Winfield Moody and Uptown Health Centers on the North Side, and at the Cottage View Health Center on the South Side of the city. However, we provide high quality health care to seniors at all of our health centers.
