Case Manager Provide case management services to pregnant and parenting women, infants and children to affect the delivery of health and supportive services in an integrated manner. Bachelor’s Degree (BSN or other related field in a behavioral science, social service or health-related area) with a minimum of 2 years experience in community health or maternal & child health or 1 year experience in child, family or community services. Code: AF/CM

Director of Development/PR Responsible for developing new and sustained support from philanthropic sources (i.e., individuals, foundations and corporations) to ensure adequate funding for NNHSC to achieve funding goals. Supervise the Public Relations functions, which will include coordinating the production of the annual report, semi-annual newsletter and other external communications. Act as liaison for media relations. BA degree required. Master’s preferred. 5 years in an ambulatory care or similar setting. Demonstrated writing and communication skills. Code: BMT/DOD

Director of Nursing/Clinic Manager Responsible for planning, coordinating and evaluating high quality healthcare services in accordance with the NNHSC healthcare plan and participates in formulating that plan. Responsible for all nursing and clinical operations at NNHSC health centers. Supervises nursing clinical staff. Master’s Degree in Health Service Administration, Nursing or equivalent required. Current IL State License, three years supervisory experience in a clinical support area, and familiarity with EMR and PCMH. Code: TL/DON


Director of Operations Oversees, directs, administers, and coordinates the integrated operational activities of NNHSC in support of policies and objectives established by the Executive Director. The Director of Operations will also serve as the Chief Compliance Officer corporate compliance. BA Degree required. Master’s preferred. 5 - 8 years senior/executive level management in an ambulatory care setting. Code: BMT/ DOO

Director of Facilities and Safety Responsible for directing the daily activities of NNHSC facilities. BA or completion of an engineering vocational program or certification in a technical specialty. 5 - 7 years in health care facility management, including 5 year’s management experience.

Family Practice Physician Provides primary medical care services to pediatric and adult patients in both the ambulatory and in-patient setting using primary care concepts, emphasizing prevention of illness and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License and DEA required. Code: TL/FPP

Grant Writer Works in collaboration with the Director of Development in researching, developing and submitting private sector and federal grant proposals to current and new funding sources related to NNHSC’s mission and clinical programs. One year minimum grant writing experience necessary.BA degree in English, Journalism, or related field required.

Internist
Provides primary medical care services to adult patients in both the ambulatory and in-patient setting using primary care concepts, emphasizing prevention of illness and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License and DEA required. Code: TL/IN

Medical Lab Technologist Determines and provide appropriate laboratory data to clinical staff and help to supervise lab tech assistants. 2-5 yrs. in a clinical laboratory setting. Ability to stand, lift and walk for extended periods of time. Manual dexterity to operate lab equipment is required. BS from Accredited Medical Laboratory Technology Program. Certification by accredited laboratory organization. Code: WD/MLT

Nutritionist Provides and evaluates WIC nutrition services to individuals, families and community groups. Contributes in the effort to achieve the management and nutrition education objectives set for the fiscal year. LDN or Registered Dietitian Certification and Dietetic training preferred. Code: AJ/NT

Obstetrician/Gynecologist

Provides obstetric, gynecological and family planning care in ambulatory and in-patient settings for NNHSC patients. Supervises and may maintain a collaborative practice agreement with APN and Certified Nurse Midwives. Current IL License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA required. Code: TL/OBGYN

Regional Medical Director: Coordinates the fluent operation of specific regional clinical activities for a specific designated region of NNHSC clinical sites to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare. Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA required. Code: TL/RMD
