Under general supervision of the Director of Medical Support Services and Director of Nutrition, plans, organizes, coordinates, and evaluates nutritional component of health care services for the organization. Develops and implements plan of care based on assessment of nutritional needs and available sources and correlates plan with other health care. Performs as an active member of the Diabetes Collaborative Project and Early Intervention. Services Program. LDN or Registered Dietitian Certification preferred. Dietetic training/preferred. Responsible
for planning, coordinating and evaluating high quality healthcare
services in accordance with the NNHSC healthcare plan and participates
in formulating that plan. Responsible for all Nursing and Clinical
Operations at NNHSC Health Centers. Master’s Degree in Health
Service Administration, Nursing or equivalent Three years supervisory
experience in a clinical support area. Current Illinois State License.

in the planning and delivery of health care to patients during clinic
sessions under the direction of the RN clinical nurse and Charge Nurse.
High School diploma or
